What Happens During the Workshop

Participants are guided through a simple sequence designed to calm the body and settle the mind:

quiet relaxation practice

Current Workshop

Finding Calm: Gentle Breathing & Relaxation

This guided workshop introduces simple breathing and relaxation practices that help the body settle and reduce everyday stress.

​

Participants remain comfortably seated while being guided through gentle breathing, body awareness, and relaxation exercises. Many people leave feeling noticeably calmer and with simple techniques they can use whenever stress or overwhelm begins to build.

What Participants Learn

Participants are gently guided through:

simple breathing techniques
calming body awareness practices
guided relaxation exercises
practical tools for managing everyday stress

No prior experience with meditation, breathwork, or yoga is required.

Workshop Format

Length: 45–60 minutes
Format: Chair-based and accessible
Setting: Quiet group environment

The workshop can be offered in person or as a remote group event,

depending on the needs of the organization.

Workshops are designed for 10–40 participants, though group size can be flexible depending on the space.

About the Facilitator

Anna Alexandra leads guided wellness experiences designed to help participants feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to manage everyday stress.

Before focusing on this work, she co-founded a Los Angeles–based mental health and wellness center and trained in breathing and meditation practices that support nervous system regulation and emotional balance.
