What Is a Nervous System Reset?
Nervous system regulation work focuses on how stress and emotional
patterns become stored in the body over time.
When the nervous system remains in a stress response, symptoms such as anxiety,
fatigue, overwhelm, or emotional heaviness can occur.
This work supports the body in shifting out of stress mode and returning to a regulated state.
What Happens During a Session?
During a session, Anna works directly with the nervous system’s stress responses rather than through talk-based processing. The system is guided into a calmer, more receptive state, allowing areas of stored stress or emotional holding to release naturally.
You do not need to relive past experiences, talk through trauma, or actively participate.
Most clients simply rest quietly while the work is being done.
People experience sessions in different ways. Some notice physical sensations such as warmth, relaxation, or subtle shifts in awareness. Others experience emotional clarity or mental calm.
Some notice little during the session itself but observe changes in the days that follow.
All of these responses are normal.
Session & Timing
Each person’s process is unique.
Some people notice changes within a few sessions,
while long-standing patterns may take longer to unwind.
Many clients begin to feel shifts within three to five sessions.
Sessions are intentionally spaced to allow the nervous system time to integrate.
One session every two weeks is generally sufficient unless someone is experiencing an acute situation. Recording sessions is not recommended, as repeatedly revisiting cleared material can sometimes reactivate stress responses. Integration happens over time, not through analysis.
Aftercare & Integration
Aftercare supports the body and nervous system as they integrate the energy work.
Some people notice very little afterward, while others experience temporary shifts as their system recalibrates.
It is common to experience emotional release, deeper sleep, temporary fatigue,
vivid dreams, or changes in energy and focus.
Others may feel calm, clear, or energized.
Gentle self-care is encouraged following a session.
Staying hydrated, resting, keeping the day gentle, and spending time in nature can all support integration.
Quiet reflection, journaling, meditation, or slow breathing may also be helpful.
Integration is not something that needs to be forced.
The body and mind will reorganize in their own time.
Training & Professional Formation
Anna’s work is informed by formal training across structured energy and regulation-based disciplines. She has studied under Garz Chan in Chinese energy-based healing systems, is certified as a breathing instructor, and has completed advanced meditation and yoga training through Sadhguru’s Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya program. Her background also includes Integrative Energy Therapy (IET) training and ongoing study in nervous system regulation and body-based stress response work.
Her approach integrates these disciplines into a focused nervous system reset framework designed to support clarity, calm, and emotional stability without emotional overwhelm.
Important Note
Anna is not a licensed medical doctor and does not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure any medical or psychological condition. Energy healing is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but may be used as a complementary support for overall well-being.
